Former SEC Director of Enforcement Andrew Ceresney has rejoined Debevoise & Plimpton as co-chair of the firm’s litigation department, the firm recently announced. Over his four years of service at the SEC, the Division of Enforcement brought a record number of cases, including important matters related to financial reporting, asset management, insider trading, market structure and the FCPA.
