Joshua Berman Named Deputy General Counsel for Commerce

Joshua Berman was recently named Deputy General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Commerce. He was previously a national co-head of Katten’s white collar, investigations and compliance practice. Berman has also served as a senior federal prosecutor in the Public Integrity Section of the Criminal Division of the DOJ, Associate Investigative Counsel for the Webster Commission for the Review of FBI Security Programs, and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York.
