Greenberg Traurig Adds FCPA Shareholder Obiamaka Madubuko in New York

Greenberg Traurig recently added Obiamaka P. Madubuko as a shareholder in New York City.  She focuses her practice on anti-corruption and fraud matters and advises U.S.-based companies doing business in international markets.  For insight from the firm, see “When Should a Company Voluntarily Disclose an FCPA Investigation?” (Feb. 19, 2014).  Madubuko was previously a partner at McDermott Will & Emery, where she served as co-chair of the FCPA and international anti-corruption group.
