Jon R. Fetterolf Joins Zuckerman Spaeder

Jon R. Fetterolf has joined Zuckerman Spaeder’s Washington, D.C. office as a partner.  Fetterolf, who comes to the firm from Williams & Connolly, represented ADM in its December 2013 Non-Prosecution Agreement with the DOJ.  See “ADM’s $54 Million Civil and Criminal FCPA Settlement: Numerous Bribery Schemes, Tax Evasion and the Effect of Cooperation” (Jan. 8, 2014).
