Former SEC Enforcement Director Robert Khuzami and Former Senior SEC Enforcement Official Kenneth Lench Join Kirkland & Ellis

Six months after leaving his job heading the SEC’s Enforcement Division, Robert Khuzami has joined Kirkland & Ellis LLP and will now be defending the companies he was policing.  Khuzami had his pick of private sector jobs, attracting many suitors after his department from the government, and will reportedly be making $5 million a year at Kirkland.  His colleague at the SEC, Kenneth Lench, will be joining him at Kirkland.
