On November 14, 2012, a panel sponsored by compliance software provider Catelas Inc. (Catelas) discussed the considerations involved in investigating bribery related compliance incidents and other wrongdoing.  The panel was a follow up to Catelas’ November 7, 2012 panel about monitoring third-party business relationships with a view to assuring FCPA compliance and managing other risks.  See “Managing FCPA and Other Risks After Onboarding a Third Party” (Nov. 14, 2012).
